Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 4, 2025

We aim to deliver high-quality services with transparency. However, here’s our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If work has already started, cancellation may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund only if the project has not started.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the project is in early stages.
  • No refund if 50% or more of the project is completed.

3. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. No Refund on:

  • Digital design services that are already delivered
  • Customized or one-time strategy sessions
